CPR and AED demonstration.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen.

This course includes First Aid & CPR Guidelines 2020 recognized by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB), and meets Ontario Health & Safety (OHS) regulations for First Aid Training. All participants will receive the Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR E-Book and a Completion Certification.

  • Fully In-class: 6 hours
  • Blended: 3 hours in-class and 3 hours online.

  • Any employee can attend this course. (No prerequisite or pre-course assignment is required).
